Agreement to Pre-Order

By placing a pre-order, you agree to reserve the 5 Series Laser Therapy System (the “Device”) you configured during the pre-order process. Upon order fulfillment, you will complete the transaction in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Pre-Order Price, Taxes, and Fees

The pre-order price is locked in at the time that you place your reservation. Taxes and official fees are not included in the pre-order price and may vary based on your location and applicable regulations. These additional costs will be calculated closer to delivery and reflected in your final contract. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees.

Pre-Order Process, Cancellation, and Changes

Once your pre-order is ready for fulfillment, we will contact you via the preferred contact information on file. At that time, an Order Agreement will be issued, replacing this Pre-Order Agreement. Upon entering the Order Agreement, the Pre-Order Payment will be credited toward the final price of your Device.

You may cancel your pre-order prior to the specified deadline above and receive a full refund of your Pre-Order Payment, minus the $350 non-refundable administration fee. If you choose to cancel, the $350 non-refundable administration fee will remain as a credit on your account for the following 12 months, and is eligible to be applied towards future orders of equal or greater value.

Delivery

Any estimated delivery dates provided are an approximation and subject to change. Actual delivery dates depend on many factors and production availability. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. We are committed to keeping you informed of any changes to the expected delivery date.

Warranty

The Device is covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date that the order is fulfilled. The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. A copy of this warranty will be made available via our website before product fulfillment.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

This device is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days for a refund (minus a $350 non-refundable administration fee for all Pre-Orders) provided the product is in its original condition.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement. Your sole remedy under this Agreement is limited to reimbursement of your Pre-Order Payment.

Pre-Order Reservation

Down Payment: A 25% downpayment of the retail price is required to secure your reservation for the 5 Series Laser Therapy System.
Reservation Confirmation: Once the down payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your pre-order details.

Payment Terms

Non-Refundable Deposit: The $350 down payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Full Payment: The remaining balance will be charged when the product is ready for delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated Delivery Date: The 5 Series Therapy System is expected to be ready for delivery in Q4 2024.
Subject to Change: Please note that the delivery date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery date.

Order Cancellation

Customer Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your pre-order, the $350 down payment is non-refundable. No further charges will be applied.
Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your pre-order, you will be notified immediately, and the $350 down payment will be refunded in full.
